1. Products & Returns
We carefully inspect our products before shipping them to ensure that they meet our quality standards. Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please carefully check the size guide and product details before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will review your case and, depending on the issue, arrange for a replacement or a refund.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and unworn. You may be asked to provide photographs or videos showing the damage or defect as part of the review process.
3. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once your order has been processed or prepared for shipment, we may not be able to process cancellations. After 24 hours, cancellation may no longer be possible.
4. Return Process for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product is eligible for a return or replacement due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, please follow these steps:

Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent by us.
5. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
Exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or style preference may not be accepted. Please refer to our size guide carefully before placing your order.

6. Refunds
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.
The eligible refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.
In cases where a return is requested for reasons not caused by an error on our part, the customer may be responsible for applicable return shipping costs.
8. Final Sale Items
Certain products, sale items, promotional items, or specially discounted products may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
